Redang Island, 2013 #throwback

Peace be upon you, readers!
Here are some photos during my vacation to Redang Island last week.
I am telling you, Redang Island has the best beach in the world. The sand are pure white and non sticky. It looks like sand powder. The best among all, we were snorkeling thrice at the deep-open sea. Being able to see all those corals and underwater species was an amazing feeling ever. The water is blue clear. Some said it emerald green. Is it? C'mon, let the photos speak!

Actually, I have more and more photos but due to my bad internet connection, this is what I have to show all of you!
Looking forward for another trip to another pulau, people!

Total Cheat Day!

Failed! I am failed to control this temptation!

I had my shake this morning to replace my breakfast. Then, I took carb-protein-more fibre & vitamin-based lunch. After Jumaat prayer, I hang out at the cafe and drink Ais Limau. This is where "ah-uh" moment comes! I saw my friend having nasi kukus and I was like...I want nasi kukus too! Well fine, I took a second lunch, unhealthy lunch instead. Later at 3pm, I went out to The Garden, Mid valley to shop for some art stuff at Art Friend. I went there with my senior and my junior. And my temptation was tested once again, seeing all cute stuff and the store offers a lot kind of art stuff. I had been there before to shop stationaries, but I never felt the way I feel today the moment I step into the store. Never mind, forget about it. We rushed back college as we need to go to the field to support Green House! Guess what, it was raining and the games postponed to next Tuesday. So, we went for an early dinner at Scud. This is serious I am telling you, how can you not feel like eating when you saw variety of food and they are sizzled in the bowl and it released smoke too. Fresh and hot and for sure Yummy! Without thinking twice, I took protein-based, a large fleshy chicken breast and more more rice and fried vegetables. And now I have total 3 times meal, heavy meal.

The story does not end up here. After that, I get into the college I saw my two friends are waiting at the guard house. To make this post short, I went to Mid Valley with them again, do not get me wrong, I was forced by them. However, I promised myself not to join them dinner. We went to Sushi King and initially I planned to have a saucer of sushi, but guess what, I have a total 5 plates! And I am total full!!!

And where goes my diet program? I shouldn't be eating a lot like hell like what I did. I was really under control of my own temptation.

I have to burn those calories before mid night or maybe I can go for a jog tomorrow morning!

Sorry, Herbalife. The food outside there is just to Yummy...

Until then, be discipline and having a day "cheat day" is a never mind!??? HAHA :)))

No-Idea-Post on Pangkor and BIG

Peace be upon you, readers.
Frankly, I do have lots of stuff to write about but myself doesn't seems that I have the energy to write it today. It has been 2 days since I came back from Pangkor Island for my Bina Insan Guru (BIG) that I was enthusiastically oath to myself to write on all sort of activities that I had done in Pangkor. But to who-so-ever disappointment, my oath is just an oath.
Let me roughly draft on what was just happened. We went to Pangkor on January 31st until February 3rd. Thus, it was a 4 days and 3 nights camp. I was assigned to be the head of AJK MAKANAN, that I offered myself for this post. I knew that it could be challenging and tough, due to time constraint the moment we were in Pangkor. However, I managed to do it well with the help from all of my friends. With their support and help had so much helping me to bear the tiresome. Well, there were so much to talk about this trip. Let me done my 5 pages reflection then I will spend my time writing it here...
On the second day, we were in the sea for half of the day, rafting... Enjoy the sun burning our skin.
On the third day, we were hiking the hill and trekking the jungle. Fun, we learn how to determine "arah kiblat" and "wudhuk" with a bottle of 1 litre of water for all. Isn't it sound amazing?
On the last day, ready to "blahhh"... hahaa

That was roughly drafted on 4 days and 3 nights of trip and camp in Pangkor. Will write details and more more in upcoming post... It is just that I don't have adequate time to share with you guys here. Assignments are upcoming and etc. No pictures because we are now in the process of compiling and collecting pictures from all cameras used in Pangkor. Promise you guys will do some uploading here.

Thanks, and bye. Love, all. :)))

Happy Birthday, Nur Baiti Borhan!

It's a warm Sunday morn the time I was writing this post. Yesterday, 24th Okt was gone, just in the blink of an eye. Quick, the day goes so quick! Yesterday was someone's birthday, my best friend, Baiti.
3 days before her birthday, I was impatiently waited to wish her a happy birthday. But, when the day came, I was forgot. Frankly, I was forgot and was remind by her. We went out for lunch at 2pm yesterday and I never plan to went out. I just don't know why, finally I was out with Baiti, Mima and Abg Aiman to KLCC. The day before, Baiti was asking to bring me to i-City but I provoked her, then that evening she went out with Yazid but  Yazid left her at Mid Valley as he has something to run. Baiti told me that she was alone at Mid Valley and she ended up watching movies, Bride Maids and sight seeing there. Luckily, she was not alone back to hostel as she found Nisa, Sya and the rest to go back with.

And, as for yesterday after lunch, Mima plan to bring me to pharmacy at KL Central and Baiti will out with Abg Aiman. After a hard thinking, we both join Baiti and went out together at last. Baiti plan to go to KLCC (park) and museum. As we arrived KLCC, we went in and out the shops there, went to Kinokuniya, and we were watching Johnny English. It was really out from the first plan. Abg Aiman was fasting that day, that is why we cancel the makan2 kek session at the park. After movie, we bought the cake, Costa Rica chocolate from Cake Sense and after that went to the park for camwhore. After that, we went to Cold Storage and Mima and I bought her birthday present.

Along the way after watching the movie, Mima and I contacted our friends at campus on the plan to prank and surprise Baiti. Yes, it's work. The moment we arrived the gate, there was nothing happen and after the second gate, there it was, tepung2 session and Baiti was so so surprised! Even myself and Mima could never thought of the surprise. It was really surprising surprise and indeed work!

Then, we have the party at Block 4. Unfortunately, not everybody in my class especially guys join us because some were busy with Marhabban next Monday. Whatever it is, Baiti was still happy!

Happy Birthday Baiti! Before I forgot, Hikhmah was the one who behind all this. She planned it 3 days before and acted like she don't care about Baiti. That day too, Adriana pretended that she caught a cold. HAHA....

It was indeed one of the best birthday surprise among my classmates.

AND THAT WAS WHAT I SCARED OF!!!

I am scared what would it be next year during my birthday.

Enough said, I will continue in the next post! Byeeeee

My 1st baby lomo

Hi, look and read aloud at my entry's tittle! It's LOMO!!!
So, you guys have any idea on what is Lomo? Lomo derived from the word Lomography, well everyone knows that (the rest shut up). I am just so excited to share that I finally have one lomo camera.
Guys, its not that I just love lomography, I love it for quite sometimes but I am not expose to it. I know that in my hometown there's group called "Lomohunter", mainly at Kuching but few members are at Mukah. Even my neighbour got Holga 135BC if I am not mistaken. I was so not expose to lomo before, so then I just able to browse and google it on the line. Day by day, I drop to one online shop in Facebook. Then, they are selling Lomo Aquapix 35mm camera for just RM49.90. Well, I think twice before I make the decision, but finally at last I bank in the money plus the postage and delivery and I was waiting for ages for it to come of some problems with the person I deal with. Finally, in 3 weeks time, it was in my two hands. I am now a proud owner of Aquapix Lomo 35mm camera!

Before I show you guys the picture, it is better if I tell a little bit about lomo and the camera specifications:

“LOMO” means a kind or attitude when you take a picture, just click and snap. Don't think about the aperture, shutter and don't even mind the angle or the composition of a picture.
Although the picture that you take is over exposure or blur, if it can attract your eyeball, it’s mean a successful picture.

LOMO AQUA PIX Waterproof Camera
It is a diving camera that can "dive" in to 3 meters!

Lomo Style Aqua Pix under water mini 35mm Film Camera OrangeLens - Optical lens, f/9 28mm
Underwater - underwater 3-4m, If use underwater, please use high ISO film
Shutter - Leaf Shutter, speed 1/100sec
Film to be Used - 35mm format color or black / white film and slide film
View Finder - Eye level finder
Focusing - Free
Dimensions - 119 X 50 X 84mm
Include - Waterproof casing, Camera, Strap

PRICE :
RM 64 only!

The information above I copy from a blog, that selling lomo cameras. Well, they sell it at higher price than the one I bought. But still, the cameras are all the same. Well, I also read on this one girl's blog, she bought this Aquapix Lomo camera at Sabah for only RM30++ at Karamunsing, if I am not mistaken. Well, guys... here are the pictures of this lomo cam... the effect of the picture after printing and also various colours of the camera... You guys will shocked of what I have now!

Example of pictures after printing. I guess we need to scan it after printing in order to share in online. That the not-so-good part of this lomo. Well, I sacrifice everything for this.

Another examples. For more, you guys can google it for more infos and details and pictures!

SO, THIS IS THE ONE THAT I GOT!

AND IT WAS SO PINK!!! FLOWERY AND PINKY! OMG!
I WISH THAT I WOULD RECEIVE BLUE OR ANY OTHER PLAIN COLOURS...

WELL, never mind... The quality of the pictures are more important than its physical state! haha

Here are more types and colours and patterns....

I have finished up 2 rolls of 35mm films, each of 36 snaps... I am waiting for my next allowance to print the pictures and share with you guys of what I had shot! I just can't wait any longer to lomo hunting next time!

Well, I found a shop that sells lomos too at Pasar Seni, the Central Market. I was trying hard search for the kedai online and end up able to look only two shops, one at Damansara and the other at Petaling Jaya, One Click shop. I found online there is one at The Garden, Mid Valley but I could not find it. My friends told me that day that KLCC has one shop that sells lomo cams at Level 2 and shop front Pavillion, its either Fahrenheit or ???? Humm... one day will hunt for it!

My next aim are:

FISH EYE

ACTION SAMPLER

HOLGA

OR

DIANA

Until then, I end my post !!! Bye!!!

2 days update

Hello, here I back after few days off. I just got free time to update this.
The first and second week for this semester was crazy crammed full packed! The first week I was involved with the Minggu Pengurusan Pelajar Baru (new intake) until Thursday. After that, we were busied practicing and doing rehearsal for Majlis Sambutan Hari Guru which was held on Monday this week. All day long we put on our efforts, focus and commitments to it. Then, on the second week I was managed to be in the class and studied as usual, but still there was a lot for me to catch up! I need to find myself time to complete all the undone tasks and time to do revision.
During my weekend in the first week, I was managed to out sending my juniors to shop. Then, during this weekend I went out too with some of my friends.
Last Friday, we went out for makan2 at Chicken Rice Shop to celebrate our very first achievement for this semester. There were about 20+ of us, and I enjoyed our moments together. Thanks to my seniors for the treats, we enjoyed the foods and there were a lot like heaven! I was full because I was too happy being able to be together with them. After that, we were planning for bowling games, but the place was fully booked until 8pm, so we wait. I enjoyed the games, and it was pretty first time for me played it. However, we enjoyed!

*no pictures but you can browse it through my facebook

On the next day was Larian 1 Murid, 1 Sukan, 1 Malaysia ... We enjoyed the day though we need to wake up early as early as 6am that day ...

In the afternoon, I accompanied Charisma and Harris to Fahreinheit (check my spelling) and Low Yatt ...

We went to KLCC , eating slices of cakes at Secret Recipe, walking to Wisma Central seeking for costume, then walking again to Pavillion, window shop and camwhore at Pavi, then out looking for costume shop at Fahreinheit and we slurpee too! Then, cash out money, got the costume then to Low Yatt to get Harris' Canon DSLR, then been cheated at Shinkiya, we thought we ate RM9.90 each but ended up paying the RM51.00 bill ... Then, up and down the Low Yatt looking for unnecessary things, end up bought the inkjet refill ... Then, straight to Times Square ... Up and down , planning to watch movies but some of them were tired already and going back to IPBA .... What a fun yet exhausting day !!!!!!!!!!! :)

*sorry no pictures but you can browse it through my facebook

Enough write and said ... Toodles !

Trip to Kota Kinabalu

Morning, everyone... It had been a very long time since my last post. So, this morning I would like to tell and share with you guys on my holidays especially on my trip to Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Actually, it wasn't in our first plan, as my mom just told me that after they picked me at Bintulu Airport on 28th, we'll only depart to Miri on the next day. So, while packing my stuffs on Friday, a day before my flight, I was thinking and kept on thinking whether should I or shouldn't I bring my documents and important stuffs like birth certificate, passport and bank book... I thought it wasn't important as I am having my holidays for only 3 weeks and will burden my luggage and so so, I left it at my campus. On my way to the airport on the next day, my mom tell me that we're going straight to Miri after pick me up and will go Kota Kinabalu too. So, I need my passpost!?? What the hell, and I heard from my mom that to make passport now is quite cheap, I mean when compared to her time (just few years back). So, I don't worry. Once I arrived Miri, my aunty said that I can't make a new one because I still have one active passport. HOW? I was thinking of not going but I was in Miri at that time, and the rest of my family will go, so how about me? Then, my uncle suggested all of us need to make an immergency passport that cost RM200 for at least 5 person, meaning just enough for my parents, my 2 lil sisters and me. The next day, we on our way to make our passport. Oh my GUESS, LOUIS VUITTON, PRADA, SODA, VOIR, ELLE, NOSE, SEMBONIA, BONIA.... The Q was long long long long and crowded, well it's holiday, what do I expected? We're also told that we're only get the passport on Friday, how come, we're planning to go back on Friday from KK not go KK on Friday. My mom asked my aunty to ask for orang dalam to help. Yes. a very very far relative works there and she help us. But not making an immergency passport, my papa and me (because we don't have passport wth us) need to make a new one, an international passport because it can be done within an hour, RM100 per passport! She traced my old passport and I can't used it anymore because I already have a new one!!! Moreover, my old one will expired this coming November 2011. In an hour, DONE! We use short cut, sorry to others! hehe :)

In the afternoon we depart from Miri to Kuala Belait, Brunei then along the high way to Bandar Seri Begawan, then go Limbang. We stayed a night at Limbang, at Purnama Hotel. We checked into 2 connecting rooms, a deluxe room. Then, the next morning, we go to Sabah!!! Before Sabah, Lawas, then Brunei again, Sundumin, Sipitang, Beaufort, Putatan, KK !!! We arrived at noon, then called my mom's friends and she showed us to hotel. We checked in Marina Court Resort Condo, but stated here Promenade Hotel Apartments, which one is true? Or its a collaboration? The condo got everything a house should have except for washing machine. It has 2 rooms plus 1 master bedroom, and 1 bathroom, a balcony which not facing the sea. Huahua....
At noon, we went for lunch at First Beach Tanjung Aru, yummy yummy.... Then, we ate Durians... Then, we went jalan jalan pasar tamu, where I can find dried salted fish like a lots, and fruits and ulaman and so so... and begs.... I bought a bag, a sling one, looks like a net, nice, really nice and bought key chains for my friends.... NICE! Then, we rest at the Condo and continue in the evening to One Borneo and go makan makan seafood. We were lost at first because there were no sign to One Borneo, there was one actually, stated there 7kms but my aunty saw it like 1kms more, so we could not reach or found it. Then, we round the city centre until we don't know where else to go, then I text my friend. She a Sabahan but lives in Tawau but used to KK. Also, I make a research on how to go to One Borneo using my 3G mobile phone... Then, by the help of those two we finally reached One Borneo.... After that, we went to Anjung Selera to have our seafood dinner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is the story of today's events.... Will keep on updated you guys later okay! Bye...

The Hectic Week

Hey, guys ... So, this is my post on the hectic and busiest week I had. Well, it just over ...
This week we were having English Language Week with a theme "English: Gateway to Success"
Lots of competition had been held starting from 4th April, Monday until the Closing Ceremony of the English Week... I was involved and took part in some of the competition, and thanks God that I won places for the competitions...

I'll show you some pictures, but not all... I didn't took any pictures of my own competition but my friends had it!
Anytime somehow, I'll show you guys that pictures okay ...

On the first day we have Story Telling Competition, actually I really really wanted to join it, but I need to put my commitment on other things...

We support Ruslam, the story teller from my class. He was the only guy who joined the competition that day. He told story for about 20 minutes? Haha ...

He was very active and kinesthetic that the picture is blur at his head area... I must congrats him for his bravery and confident to be in front of people. Well, it is not easy to tell story too!

What happen to AJ? Feeling sleepy for his 20 minutes story?

He jumps, he runs and what else he did not do?

And the Winner goes to the senior from B.eD German with the Story of Cinderella... Awesome!

Actually the second day suppose to be the Public Speaking competition, but in conjunction of Mr Suliman Miskun retirement ceremony, so it was postponed.... Bad, that Ruslam can't join our skits because both competition took place at the same time but different venues...

Here we go ...

Datin Dr Raja Mazuin Raja Aziz sang a song for Mr Suliman

The show had some technical errors and problems with sound system. FYI, Mr Suliman is the Multimedia Lecturer, everything seems not right without him...

This was the Multimedia Presentation originally made by Mr Suliman himself...

He is indeed a talented and innovated lecturer!

Everyone cried on his retirement ceremony...

Then, the next day was Skits Competition and Public Speaking...

I do not know what had happened during the Public Speaking because I was performed for my Skits, we were the first contestant...

For Skits, we won 2nd Place, sharing the same place with PISMP TESL YEAR 1!
And the winner of course, B.eD TESL COHORT 5!

*Sorry, no pictures.....*

Now, we move on to day 4...

We have treasure hunt and public speaking competition...

I joined the Treasure Hunt after accidentally met Mr Mano in front of the Library after SS Class and forced us to join. Guess what, WE WON THE FIRST PLACE, I mean my group...
Actually, there were 4 groups represent my class, but the other 2 involve for Choral Speaking...

Grateful, our group was the first TEAM to arrive! And among all check points we had penalized at only 3 checkpoint, which 2 checkpoints the penalty is EASY! Can I say all were EASY... We just been conteng muka pakai tepung, jalan itik around the library and extra times and trial to complete 8 sentences...

WELL, WE ENJOY!!!

Public Speaking? Here we go...

This team was one of the team represent KPLSPM conducted by my classmate, Nazirah, 3rd Place!
Congrats!
The winner for this Choral Speaking was my senior from B.eD TESL Year 4 Cohort 5. Well, they won almost all the competition! They were creative and brilliant! All of them! Well, if and only if we had a chance to fly just like them ... I wonder how proficient am I speaking English... and how fluent! Please, send us abroad....!!!!!!!!

In the evening was the closing ceremony, theme Zombie! This was one of the performance by my friend, Ayein! She sang medley of songs...

Well ladies and gentleman, I guess I had been writing way too much! I'm not sure that the less pictures will tell you guys much of the events... So, I indeed need to explain it in details...

So, how was it? Fun? It was! Exhausted yet we enjoyed it!

Until then. I would like to congratulate my seniors for their best performances and able to beat and bully us the juniors. I would like to thanks my class too that you guys are so active and willing to spend your time practicing and sacrifices your sleeping hours... After the sweats, we got the payback!

Bye, and Good Night ....

Gone out Gone wild ...

Hey, everyone...
Actually now I feel so tired and exhausted after the badminton game and session with some friends in the gym... But I have post something here on yesterday's event, my friends and I gone out for something! Sandy, Sue, Baiti and myself went to Mid Valley Megamall to pay our bill and to shop stuff and so so ...
Yesterday morning, I played badminton with Sue, Hikhmah and Baiti, feeling tired... Then, we finish about 10am then I go wash up later to Cafe Blok 4 for a lunch date with Mama, Ali and Syah... Yum yum, we got a free lunch kot! Enjoy it, and thanks to Mama...
Then, at 2pm we gathered at Guard House and look for a taxi to the mall. First, we make our way to the Garden to the Maxis Centre for Sandy to do something with her modem. Bla bla bla, macam2 alasan given by them. Then, we make our way to Digi and Celcom kiosk to pay ours, but unfortunately system down, like seriously? After that, we gone our separate way because Baiti had to meet her friends and Sandy and I masuk Jusco....! Guess what, there was Sale and Discount up to 70% ....!!!!!!!!!!!! Later, I treat and reward myself a Polo Britannia watch that actually cost me RM178 but after discount I only have to pay less than a hundred ringgit.

Then, our tummy bell was ringing! Meaning, we need something to makan! Then, I look for Sue because she was no longer with Baiti, her friends bought her a ticket to watch World Invasion. We makan2 at McD, imagine both Sue and I ordered Ayam Goreng McD and Bubur Ayam large that cost us RM20++ but for Sandy alone, her makanan total cost was RM25++, memang makan besar kami! Yes, we indeed should reward ourselves with something like this once in a while. We spend almost 2 hours at the table, we eat and we gossiping... hehe, no la! Just bercerita, that's all...

Then, I pay my broadband because it was okay, I have a total of RM140 to be paid, but I pay RM100 first, next month I'll pat the balance... Then, we went in Carrefour!!!! As usual, tangan ni gatal sangat sangkut sana ambik sini, tak fikir pun duit ada berapa dalam wallet! I rembat je anything that caught my eyes, I rembat flipper kaler putih biru walaupun kat rumah I have blambak kasut2, selipar2 and crocs, what else I need? Then, simpan balik atas nasihat Sue... hehe.
Then, ada longgokan buku buku RM5, so ambik la satu... Plus, the novel cam best gak kan? Titled, TOYBOY... I bet this story best gilerrrrrrr.... But not sure when I have time to read it!

We pusing2 the carrefour from one end to the other end, shelf by shelf, section by section... Jumpa gak la some friends yang shopping jugaa... Then, we bought baju gak, Sandy and I have the same colour and Sue and Baiti same colour, blue... haha, that cost us only RM4.90 je, bought 2 pieces = RM8 je... hehe :)

That day, we already plan to bawak shopping bag, to save the world!!!

Here is my bag and the stuff inside, macam nak pindah rumah je... hehe

Here are Sue and Sandy... Baiti that time dah kuar ngan kawan dia, makan2 di McD after watching movie...

Suhaina Gabriel aka Sukiek

Sandra Rikan aka Sandy

and myself...

Then, otw nak kuar mall I found this.....

The McD crews were all wearing a pink rabbit cekak ke apa ntah, and their customers were all wearing black tudung bepurdah bertutup litup.. hehe :)

Okay, everyone... Until now, thanks for reading... BYE!
